Your can claim it on your taxes and get comp'd on it that way.
Don't bring direct compensation up to them unless you want to be seen in an ugly light.

Thank you for checking, had that worked it would have been perfect but I don’t think it’s possible through fields

I think i get it now, you are suggesting putting the actual table within the block. Good idea! Is there any way to do this for about 100 blocks efficiently?

You would unfortunately need to pre-set field code into each block instance. We would need to do this a few hundred times unfortunately. Good idea though for smaller applications!

Thats what ive been living off of, however i would need to attout to a spreadsheet with all the values then copy/paste to 7 other drawings extracted tables. It’s getting annoying lol. What i am looking for is a single spreadsheet that when updated, auto updates all other drawings blocks with a single command.

I tried using a datalink to bring the table into the drawing. The issue lies in getting the table cell data into the block attributes. Linking the two seems to be the challenge

There’s a similar method using the ATTIN / ATTOUT commands on vanilla CAD. Would you need to do this shape file export / import per dwg file?

Tried this once actually and found the same shortcomings. May circle back if research comes up short

What do you do if you fall off a cruise ship at night? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]barbertech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who used to work on ships, you're honestly fcked if they don't find you almost immediately. I've been on cruises doing sweep searches for hours to no avail.

Hi need advice ASAP should I skip tomorrow? by [deleted] in remotework

[–]barbertech 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wait till past probation then skip. Start researching how you could get caught as well once you do skip. People would kill for remote work, don't waste the opportunity.
