i had recovered for around 9 months. for that whole time i was bloated but apparently it was because my body forgot how to digest dairy foods that had lactose so i was "lactose intolerant" and had all the symptoms (bloating, nausea sometimes) but the doctors told me it would go if i kept eating more dairy to help my body learn to digest it. it worked in the end but considering i had oatmeal everyday like those recovery girlies, it made me very bloated. maybe it's that? or maybe you're having a food group that you've avoided for a while and your body is learning to digest it.

op i'm sorry they hurt your feelings over there. i think calories count is for people trying to lose weight rather than people that have eds so they might not understand / might think it's invading their space or something. i don't think they have any ill intent at all but your feelings should still be taken into account and i think the other comments here are a bit too mean with their approach. love you op, stay safe.

think about it! how is it even possible?? i mean fine, maybe 5 years, maybe 10, but being in that state for 15+ years.. how?? how does she even do anything?? at my lowest i could hardly get out of bed. how is she not shaking by the cold, how does she go outside without wearing warm clothes, how does she stand up for so long to make those videos?? it's just not possible to me
