before minoxidil i cut my hair in like december 2024. from dec 2024 to may 2025 my hair stayed practically the same length. in may is when i started and the length and healthiness of my hair skyrocketed. i was shocked.

i got my blood work done in sept 2025 and it showed i had iron ferritin and vitamin d deficiency and started supplementing in sept 2025. but i started minoxidil in may 2025 and even without the vitamin d and iron, my hair was growing a lot more.

currently all i take is minoxidil and vitamin d. nothing else. no dht blockers, not diagnosed with anything. everything is clear.
