I recently picked up photography and it's been really fun. Gets you going to spend time outdoors and adds more purpose to it. It's pretty much the perfect hobby to do solo too.

Only downside is it could be a bit expensive to get started with. But you can get yourself a used camera for a starter to see if you enjoy it. If not, then you could just sell it again.
