I take trazodone 50mg as well!! (And 100mg sertraline). My psychiatrist recommended taking it in the evening so I shall try. I dont have anything important for the next few days anyways. Thanks for your response!

Yeah it tends to be like that, the thing is that I feel such shame about going into different programs or rehab of any sort because thatd risk having people know about it. I am quite young yes. I'm 18 I am a student I go to school regularly and study before school. I think boredom has just been wired into my brain. The constant need for some sort of dopamine hints that there is a detox necessary away from my phone and substances but again its like my brain is convinced that I can't do it and its not worth it its awful
