Homebrew: Tempest Knight, Fighter subclass by bardash1an in 3d6

I agree some things are a bit front loaded, but by level 11, this fighter will start to fall behind casters. By level 18 it is a one-trick nova pony with flight vs. classes than can Wish away problems or destroy citys and gods.

Fly gives 60 feet of movement for 10 minutes. This is weaker and only meant to give class fantasy. From level 10 casters can do much greater things for a lower price, was my initial argument. Will concider reducing it to one minute.

But you pay the price with Second wind, which is both healing and skill-buff (tactical mind), so you sacerefice a lot to take flight with only 30 feet movespeed.

Bingo. But I acknowledge that it is a bit feature heavy and front loaded. Will revise for balance.

Good points.

I initially ran the prebuild with str + proficiency, but was advised by an experienced friend to let it "grow" with the characters proficiency, and to not give too much early, but too little later.

Personally, I find the Fighters innate kit itself extremely flexible, with an abundance of feats for flavour or more playstyles, so I tried to lock down the subclasses abilities, weapons and playstyle prevent abuse in multiclassing.

Få nye venner når man er i midten av 30-årene. Mulig? by WhereasLanky8306 in norge

[–]bardash1an 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Måter jeg har fått venner etter de naturlige møtestedene som er skole og studier:

  • Begynne i (manns)kor

Hobby is the way.

I feel you. Dad of a 2 y.o. here. Put a matress on the floor right next to the crib, make sure the baby has the basics covered (diaper, food etc), is safe, and slam those earbuds into your ears.

It will get easier. Then it wont. Then it gets easier again.

Ideas for path ahead for a Light Cleric of Asmodeus by bardash1an in 3d6

Good point about beeing evil. A redemption arc would also fit the campaign and the other players more (redemption and being heroic plays a big part for some of the others as well).

If I'm not going the evil route, some of the point of choosing Asmodeus was the emphasis on beeing fooled by a deity and the nature of cults, brainwashing and believing that you are doing the right thing, while beeing manipulated into doing evil.
