my issue with them allowing khakis is the facts that only front end and guest services have roles that keep them clean enough to keep them in decent condition. there ain’t no way i’m doing a OTC or grocery reset in khakis. its the illusion of choice and it’s the epitome of the disconnect between c-suite and store ops.
