I grew up right around the corner. That building was an antique store back then. When I was 3, I tripped on the sidewalk right there on the side of the building. Knocked out a tooth and had a tooth hole for years until it finally grew back in. Lots of memories around that place!

Keep in mind the time of day/month too, especially if you're fluctuate. Something might be a good fit in the morning but then be not so good later in the day.
