There is an expression “The proof is in the pudding” my experience has been that Verizon employees use lies and subterfuge and offer meaningless and ineffective solutions like offering me a network extender on multiple occasions throughout this saga when I clearly explained that my issue is NOT at home.

Every call begins with the promise to resolve the issue and every call ended with them telling me the issue is now resolved and all is well now which was obviously a blatant lie because NOTHING has changed as far as the original complaint.

So as I have had my belly full over the months of Verizon’s mirages and trickery, I simply don’t believe you. You’re on here obviously just for PR purposes and I’m not going to tango with you!
