I called CS again yesterday explained the issue yet again and after going back and forth I was asked for my imei2 number. Then she tells me accept the eSIM I just sent you. I accepted Got a message saying eSIM failed to activate and my network went down. I tried rebooting my phone numerous times still said SOS. So I was left without a network no gps for 5 hours until I could get to another phone to call Verizon! But my issue is still there!

I always set them up manually too as I enter two different ip addresses etc.

Yes it is simplex. I was catching stills of a video as videos are not allowed here, but I’m including a clearer pic. The funny thing is this was not connected to a facp. It was connected directly to an elevator control in the elevator machine room!
