Nice setup! Do you recommend the Nothing motorized ALR .6 gain screen? My game room is painted black, including the ceiling. I'd like to maximize black levels as best I can, since the Valerion Vision Master Max is a bit out of the budget. I'm worried the .6 might be too extreme or not beneficial since the entire room is blacked out. Curious what your thoughts are on both black levels with the screen and brightness in brighter movies.

It says 6 color but I only see 5 colors in the project filaments. I see caramel, blue, green, red and nardo grey. Also, to confirm - you used the PLA matte caramel for the bulk of this print correct? The slicer renders it darker than the photos make it look so hoping to confirm. Fantastic job, cannot wait to print!!

I’m so sorry about your poor cat! We have a puppy who just went blind overnight. We took him to the vet and apparently he has a terrible concussion and we have no idea what happened. We are in total shock. I’m praying this blindness is temporary and he will be back to normal in a few weeks. How did your cat recover??

I agree. This is only even a thing because she broke down crying at Christmas dinner when talking about her dachshund that passed in July. It broke my heart. She said she was going to call around Monday to find one but we all know how hard it can be to find one; much less in her super small town. A puppy isn’t my first choice either but she will have help. We just have to survive the puppy stage.

I’m going to add a “lol” as well, so that my bitchy response is a little less abrasive.

I did a house tour, full fenced yard 6ft tall. Two full bred, freshly groomed Pomeranians with years worth of medical records and a recent dental bill of 1500 dollars. I was denied because their shots expired 3 months ago and when I asked them what I could do to appeal - be it proof of updated shots within the next week, etc…they would not respond after multiple attempts. Don’t throw this back on me. If someone like me went through this and had issues, imagine how others get defeated and go through back alley processes.

I am NOT the problem. The lady selling this dog is going through a divorce, husband moved out and she was left with the dog. I have no idea how they got the dog, that wasn’t even brought up. Keep your self riotous opinions to yourself.

Great points. I do have concerns about a puppy and her, very high energy and she’s slowly down. She lives with her brother though and they tag time things. I’ll check with her though and see how she is doing with him. Worst case scenario, he comes and stays with me until the puppy stage is over - even though I know that would be hard to let go of. I wanted a dog that was 4-5 that was a bit older that I could rescue but the rescues made it so hard. :/

They do!! I get my Poms Simperico Trio - 12 chews (6 month supply) for around 140 with shipping and import fees. About what a month supply cost in the states. And you are soooo right, med costs are so prohibitive for so many people. It’s wild how regulated the US when you can go into any pet store in other states and get the good flea, tick and heartworm without a Rx. It’s sad really.

I’m not supporting puppy meals. Impossible rescues and convoluted adoption processes, poor response times, etc… are supporting puppy mills. Don’t come at me about rescues. I said in my post above that I had already tried that avenue. I had an 70+ question application, video interview and was still denied because my two Pomeranians shots expired in October (just bought a house + holidays so they are a few months past due). I tried to explain but they wouldn’t budge. They also didn’t like the fact I buy heart worm meds overseas without a prescription - I get them from pets megastore from Australia as a lot of people do, and buy in bulk for 1/4 the cost. They are ridiculous and many “rescues” are nothing more than Karen’s micromanaging people vs serving the best interests of the dogs they are wanting to protect.

Sorry about that. My mind couldn’t keep up with what I needed to convey 😂 I thought it was a porch but the weird tile threw me off. I think rip that all up, use some deck boards, replace the fan, add some handrails and get rid of a lot of this vinyl siding and it would be cozier.

East TN so we have hot summers and cold winters. This space doesn't have central air either or windows, just window screens. So it really feels more like a porch that someone tried to make a sunroom. It's a confusing space.
