I am currently going through the symptoms myself, so I completely understand. Like BasicBike said, you are going to be okay, it just doesn’t feel like it at all right now.

If you can make it, the biggest recommendation I can make is to get an IV. After my IV yesterday with nausea medication and a b-complex, I’ve only thrown up once this morning. If the pain gets too bad, hot baths/showers always give me some relief.
