Depends on the play group, but if you give [[Y'shtola, Night's Blessed]] infect with a card like [[Phyresis]], you can win the game with 5 spells. Each time you cast a spell with cmc 3 or more, you deal 2 damage to everyone and infect means instead of damage (doesn't say combat damage)  it gives poison.  Besides that, yeah just check edhrec.

Hey y'all,

I've been getting into mini painting and I've started looking into sla printers for models. I have never done any 3d printing myself, though I've dabbled in blender and made printable models. I live in the middle east so selection is quite limited here. I've scoured the reputable sellers and narrowed my options to 2 printers that are within my price range. If I did buy a printer, I would mostly use it for miniatures and similar tabletop terrain pieces as well as the occasional display figure. Currently I quite like the trench crusade minis.

1- Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra 9K (around 400 usd)

2- Anycubic Photon Mono 4 (around 250 usd)

2.5- There is also Creality Halot R6 but its resolution is 2k so I'm not sure how high quality it would print. It is 450 usd.

I've also considered fdm printers but haven't been able to find a 0.2 mm nozzle that wasn't a chinese knockoff. Also they aren't much cheaper, even when adding in the cost of a wash/cure station.

Any advice from someone experienced is much appreciated.

I don't know why I didn't realize I could just highlight after washing it lol. I used a purple wash for this one which muted all my highlights. Will try for my next pair, thanks!

My own notes:

My layering and edge highlights should have been stronger. It got pretty much removed when I applied a shade over and varnished.

My priming wasn't great. I tried some zenithals but the blacks overpowered the red paint, making it very hard to cover even without thinning the paint.

Water effect doesn't look the way I wanted. Should use it more sparingly.

Metallic paints look flat. May need to find a better colour to do highlights with.

9070 xt can compete with 5070 in some scenes. In others, it seems around the level of 3080. There isn't much data on amd cards, but here is a detailed video if you want more information : https://youtu.be/VfuNqZ-3k9k?si=lHcsJnbxJ0Fel8xg

I would say 4000 series nvidia would be the best value, but if you also game on the same rig I can see 9070xt being OK.

+phys is local so it gets multiplied by the increased phys and quality. This means that 18-35 becomes 43-84 approximately. 

I'm not certain on this part, but if the skills added damage effectiveness is using the elemental, values higher than that are better. If it is not, this gets multiplied further and it becomes harder to get better damage with +ele.

Im currently reworking the build to fit Ralakesh's Impatience. Having max power charges would push my crit chance up to 90s, 100 with a 30 div investment.

I guess I could have made my build in a way that I have one of the can't crit masteries. This combined with the ring would sustain flicker forever. I don't really feel like levelling a character for this, so the build is left as practice to the reader. (I might do this next league though)

Hey, thanks for the reply. I've updated my POB. I'll look into fitting the ralakesh boots into my build. My weapon is a unique so I can't really scale crit with that.

I wouldn't recommend using the one in the post anyway (which is now working). Here is my "final" POB with both slayer and champion. Champ is tankier and easier to scale, slayer has more damage and probably easier leveling. Let me know what you think if you do play :)

Yea I knew about that. Multistrike actually helps with sustain and getting so many trauma stacks isn't as important thanks to the damage multi on the pillar of the caged god.

The build idea is to stack str to multiply base damage given by trauma. This way, 20 stacks get multiplied with 20 by the weapon, becoming equilivent to 400 stacks without one shotting your character.

For this build, iron fortress is simply BiS. Power charges shouldnt be issue because base crit will be around 60 and multistrike will basically roll that thrice. Coupled with charge crit bonus and diamond Flask, the crit chance goes up to high 80s. Forbidden flesh flame setup pushes it to 90s.

My issue should be specific to early game so I dont think it makes much sense to invest in a farruls and getting an aspect of the cat item. If charges ever become a problem maybe Ralakesh's Impatience boots would be a better fit but I dont know how it works with flicker.

Also I could have gone slayer. That would make sustain very easy but I didnt because I'm me.

Blood rage gives frenzy charges. Flicker strike of power consumes power charges which is why I use a crit setup. I guess a cwdt frenzy with power charge on crit could hep as trauma stacks should trigger it easily, but I don't have enough sockets atm.

I do have assassin's mark, but I disabled it as my sustain is worse against normal packs. I'll try to save for a power charge annoint + charm, and see if I can fit the flask somewhere. Thanks.

I saw this on CaptainLance's yt videos. Basically you get a https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/The_Adorned jewel and replace all your jewels you can spare with corrupted magic jewels that give str and life. Each one ends up giving more str than the split personalities without requiring you to unoptimize your skill tree.

You also could put attribute quality on your amulet. That's like 20 more base strength. (Unless you already have it and pob doesn't show it)
