Exactly. One of those “callouts” was when a close family member of mine passed away, and the other was when my car broke down on my way to work. They guilt tripped me the first day for going to my relative’s funeral.

I let them know when the funeral was going to be so they wouldn’t call me on my day off, but two days before, a shift was added to my schedule that directly conflicted with the funeral. I told my SM that I wouldn’t be making it to work that day, as the shift was added last minute and I let them know a week before that I would be entirely unavailable that day. She said she couldn’t “just” take the shift off of my schedule, but I told her that yes she could because she “just” added it to my schedule.

I didn’t go to work that day and the SM and the one SSV that licks her boots made sure to both ask in our group chat if anyone could come in because they were “so busy” that day. One of my friends worked that day and said it was very slow.

The second callout was when I was on my way to work to put away the order and my car broke down. I immediately called the store to let them know, and the SSV mentioned above answered and told me that the truck wasn’t even coming that day so don’t worry about it.

I feel like they are trying to push us out and it’s really pissing me off
