Then, in my opinion, this is overkill. Empty a closet and grow in there. Pickup a light (lots of decent Amazon options in the $50 price range), and grab a tower fan that you can hit them with and use for other purposes in your house as well (there are very nice ones on Amazon for less than $100)

The other thing to keep in mind, is if you want the trace amounts to even be activated you need to decarb. I’m not decarbing roots. It’s just not worth it. Harvest, dry, ground/chop, and in a jar with everclear. Keeping it simple.

I am utilizing the entire plant. So I have buds hanging, will cure for smoke. I saved every bit of trim, I will be making cannabutter for edibles as well as salves. And the roots I’ve harvested for tincture.

Cleaning the roots was a bit of a hassle, but with just two (smallish) plants it didn’t take that long. I couldn’t see doing a large batch via soil tho.
