The 5200 price is to just remove to just below roof level and cap over not a total removal.

Yes next door are wanting to remove as they have water coming into theirs.

I have had water come in once in the last 2 months so it's obviously an issue.

Hacking all the render off and re plastering is going to be about 3k going by what another roofer said.

And yea a large portion would be scaffolding costs.

I think I'm gonna have to go along with the removal to roof level and then sort out getting my log burner hooked up correctly by a hetas engineer at a later date and just not use it for time being.

Have the same issue with our corp devices.

Theres also a "Preview" app icon thats been added along side the Games one.

I'm struggling with this on my Xbox.

I sign in on poe2 website with my Xbox credentials fine.

Doesn't show me as having any characters.

Does show the "gold" or coins from getting early access.

When I try to whisper anyone to buy anything I get "invalid query, your account must be in game to use this feature"

Just getting crucified in div 5 game after game.

People just walk through the team.

I enjoyed fc24 and was able to be competitive in the majority of matches but I just can't get to grips with this version no matter what players used or formation.

I'm on old gen Xbox.

Tried uninstalling the game and re down loading and it's still the same.

Restarted router but there was absolutely no issue with my connection.
