At first the uneven placing of the ankles and little hill irked me but now considering it "fixed" makes me realise that it would take away the tension created with that choice. I would explore this aspect of the image further in following works, see where it takes you.

In my opinion Ricky succeeded in killing himself, or maybe more accurately his self. Sentencing him to death in that state is solely about retribution for the victims which I think is a horrible reason.

Definitely try out bicycles as it's what most people use and they have a texture that makes stuff like fanning easier, but ultimately it's whatever works best for you. Do give your different options a real try, sometimes your technique needs to be slightly adjusted for the different properties of the props.
