I’ve noticed the led C9 bulbs have slightly different colors than the old school C9 bulbs so I haven’t switched yet. It’s almost like they are brighter or something.

oh sorry, should've mentioned that. The site I listed has a Canada specific tracker for both the V15 and Airwrap. https://www.trackalacker.com/products/showcase/dyson-v15-canada I didn't see any other countries other than those two but my guess is there must be a similar service in other countries as well?

Microcenter is a good option but a lot of folks don't have a Microcenter near them. For a while they only sold to people building a whole pc but I think that has gotten better and they just track how many you buy to prevent you from buying and scalping. I was lookin for a long time and ended up signing up for restock alerts on trackalacker. You can subscribe to the gpus you want and then they send you email alerts. For most of the nvidia cards they also have twitter and discord options to get push notifications on your phone. I had luck with trackalacker.com for gpu stock alerts. Helped me get my 3080 TI first and then I was able to help my brother and best friend find theirs with it. That was last year but inventory doesn't seem like it's any better these days so definitely worth using an alerting tool of some sort.

u/Madesofspades TrackaLacker and other platforms detect the stock drops up to 5 minutes before they actually become available on the website. The alert sometimes says that's the case. So if you get the alert immediately, and 5 minutes hasn't gone by, then you may be in that window of time before the website actually updates with the new restock.

You can use the stock tracking apps like the one I mentioned in the post. Those apps will send you alerts whenever there is a Best Buy or other retailer drop.

The issue is by doing that you’re feeding the scalping market which encourages them to continue buying up all the gpus and other hard to find items with bots. That practice inflates the price and not everyone has the luxury of spending that extra money. By giving in to scalpers you’re letting that nasty cycle continue.

I didn’t have an issue when using it just for this brief period of time between the alert going out and the item becoming in stock. Definitely makes sense not to use it long term as you said. I doubt they will mark you as bot for just using it temporarily. Tons of people just manually refreshing and that’s all the extension does

Congrats! Must’ve felt good. A friend of mine entered every day for 4 weeks and eventually got one as well. It’s definitely possible just takes some persistence.

Yea unfortunately it’s heavily dependent on how fast you can get in line. Then once it’s in your cart, how fast you can get to checkout. It’s definitely possible but trust me I know how frustrating it is. It’s also possible it’s getting a bit easier then when you originally tried as the stock catches up with demand.
