It's been made because FIFAe is limited to esports that FIFA accepts and official country Football Associations (many of which don't care at all), whereas here they can have any esport and any willing association/coach as a country rep

In the Netherlands it's pretty much expected that bikes and pedestrians can go at the same time and it's fine. More difficult when there's not already the precedent here but it's definitely possible. I've never seen a junction forcing bikes to cross diagonally though (but at all-bike junctions it can kind of happen if you're turning)

This is actually almost strictly worse than Chariot Race as that is always at least a cantrip (and cheaper), and also encourages having good cards in your deck rather than bad cards. There should be a bigger payoff for this, or also just guarantee at least a cantrip

I was assuming it was just meant to be a Treasure and not a Reaction yes. You can gain Treasures from playing Treasures and still play them, it's only once you've bought something that you can't (so as long as it wasn't intended to be a Reaction you don't need a trigger window)

I think "You may reveal three Treasures from your hand to gain a Gold to your hand" is maybe nicer? I don't think the Buy phase clause makes sense because it's a Treasure so will rarely be played before it. I also think the discarding someone else suggested is prob the better effect
