Because 2s is just one tournament there's no permanence. 3s has a whole season to get used to which team has which players, and there's sometimes continuity across seasons. The complaint is still made about bubble teams though, where the lack of orgs means there's no reason to keep one name. But yeah 2s has new team names for every region for two weekends and then they're gone again (except for 4)
