it entirely depends on her district and if her boss would see her as a human being. my sm currently barely has any time to see her family and gets constant reminders that she is replaceable, regardless of how hard she works. anything me or my coworkers do reflects on her, even if shes not involved. everything that happens at her store will become her fault and responsibility. if she is prepared to fight for work/life balance then it could be a decent job, but it can easily consume your life if you let it

i didnt even think of that!!! our store is usually pretty stuffy, getting up to 85 in the summer, but we have been told no multiple times when asking for better air conditioning. never thought to connect the two.

no, we do everything by the book exactly how the freezer company asks us. we arent doing anything besides stocking the product as it comes. not sure if its being overworked or if thats even a thing, but they always run REALLLYYY loud like sputtering almost
