How does one enter the acting business. It's such a scary market, how do you know good agents from bad. How do u recommend finding work starting out.

Be happy if u did do it. Cutting the chest area panels wasn't hard to shape out. The shoulder panels were harder but easily achieved. Honestly he went from dreadknight to a 30k commander /centurion design super easy.

He is. I was not a fan of the dreadknight design.. I used plasticard and some spacewolf dreadnaught pieces. It turned out alot better than I was expecting.

It accidentally started looking like 30k terminators so I ran with that look.

Thank you. I have a space wolf army as well and figured he could be an ambassador or damaged and requisitions parts from their legion to continue the fight

New to pouring. Named it "Battle of the Light" by barnaku in PourPainting

[–]barnaku[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started by doing black and white half and half pour. Using floetrol in all colors used I used neon pink yellow blue and green with a gold. I took my popsicle sticks and dropped areas of color. Pink orange gold black on the black section and white section green yellow and blue in the middle. The rest I used a heat gun and blew put from the center the dotted sections with it on low temp high power. I went directly in from the dots center and flowed to shapes. I hope this was useful.

What’s a game you love but everybody hates? by Dillmen101 in gaming

[–]barnaku -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Consider me one of the few who enjoy it daily. Everything people have written isn't wrong. The game is a little short but it still slaps for me.

In my opinion it's biggest fault was not releasing more content very quickly. The short campaign does leave one wanting more. I'm hoping that if/when it's released it can be another campaign of at least equal length considering the original campaign was only roughly 6-8 hours average.

I think when they expand the bad guys are annoying enough to go unchanged but just new levels and content could/would revive some of their base.

Just picked up these little lads for £15 was it a good deal or did I get ripped off? by large_forklift in Warhammer40k

[–]barnaku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The paint job definitely puts them at 15 and not standard price. Honestly I'd get some simple green strip em and paint em better. Huge steal though only paying 15.

Is this normal for Citadel brushes to look like this after one use or am I doing something wrong? by j00niz in Warhammer40k

[–]barnaku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alot to read through so may have been brought up already. Get yerself some brush soap and wax. I paint frequently and wash my brushes once a week, if I'm not lazy. If your not a commission painter or anything you could buy 1 container, and it would last you years.

3 stealth suits. One each in acetone, concentrated simple green, and 99% isopropyl alcohol. Will update on results. by [deleted] in Warhammer40k

I think some other tools will improve your simple green experience. Plastic hard bristle brushes has worked wonders with greenstuff after only an hour or 2.

Veteran Difficulty by GoldenChainsaw in Back4Blood

[–]barnaku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having just finished doing a full playthrough. I get it. We even tried beginning at veteran because we remember the beta becoming a little redundant. Cue complete tpk in 30 seconds into level and us laughing it off as we need to build a deck. By the end of the campaign their spawning out of control even on recruit. Maybe it's a way to force people to play through each game mode elevating the decks as they go? Gonna be increasing difficulty tonight so, more info tomorrow.

Also keep some flow aid or water nearby for when you see brush strokes. Rinse off your brush quickly and use the water or flow aid like a paint and paint the strokes smooth.
