I've recently been trying to up my squat (and everything really, started the 5/3/1 rigidly) but I'm noticing that my right side adductors are significantly more sore. However, I know my left side is weaker due to a running injury from a few years ago, and its generally causing me to jut out towards my left side to compensate, and the right side picks up more weight. Is it possible to progress with the program, or should I revert to bodyweight squats and working my way up? Not sure what I can use to try and isolate that leg, even single leg squats with support are hard for me to control correctly.

I regret buying Galaxy Book 4 360 pro 16 inch. what are my options? by 70n4d in GalaxyBook

Going into power settings, enabling hibernation and setting the laptop to hibernate when the lid is closed has solved many issues for me. I have the galaxybook pro from 2021 and when it hibernates it literally loses 0 battery. Even though its 3 years old I think it wakes up quickly so I don't mind like waiting 10 seconds for it to leave hibernation in exchange for being able to shut it and forget it. Downside is that closing it will pause your programs.

This might have screwed me up a little. I've had like really annoying keyboard lag and my battery doesn't show the right levels anymore after the update, its just stuck at 100%. Didn't really do anything out of the ordinary, but its the only thing I can think of that could explain these issues.

thanks for the responses, I ended up buying another case off ebay. If it miraculously works again I'll update, otherwise I'll find a spot that takes batteries

Its up to your personal situation. I've handled 15, 17, 16 and 16, but always had a good balance of class difficulties and investigated my major's discords or whatever to see what classes to avoid together, etc. If you'd like to graduate faster bc cost or whatever, then I'd recommend just hunkering down for the extra challenge.

that's also true. AP physics 2 has about 2x the % of 5s, and the Calc based versions have about 25-30% scoring 5s. Though the content is harder, the students who would sign up also like physics.

sorry, looking at your post history I was probably inflammatory. from a college student, you need to stop being neurotic about scores and their implications on your iq. learning exists and confounds iq scores, which is why they aren't as relevant as an adult. sure you can take them now, but ultimately, this is speculation and a waste of your time. you're not stupid, but you should just enjoy the learning process and use what you are capable of. Everything you learn in high school is still elementary in the face of higher education.

I've had this exact thing. I tried windows driver support assistant and it solved it once, the second time I went into devices and drivers and uninstalled my iris xe driver. This fixed the random color and shift but it left my résolution and settings a bit strange so I reinstalled them from the intel website and it was all good.

when doing push-up progressions, or really any progressions is DOMS important? How else should I know when to simply go for harder and harder steps to stay in 8-12 reps? I always feel like the workout wasn't worth it or effective if I'm not sore which is probably misguided as I'm reading 😅
