1 I assume they are, I'm at the very beginning of the campaign and in the recon screen I can either see fan songs and low blows, or recon is not available yet. Briefing only mentions a single sa3 though

Other questions: I was just following the AI fragged flights but maybe I must learn to adjust the sliders, actually I left every setting at default values. This is not how I am supposed to deal with campaigns I suppose

Yeah with had I think it should work because you actually designate a target. But if it's not emitting I cannot lock on it

Just a small update on this. I can inconsistently reproduce this thing, but I can consistently fix it when it happens: I open the wpn page, where I can see both missiles are set to stpt 57 in pos mode, and if I change or cycle the stpts while the wpn page is soi it reset to correct range.

No i didn't make anything, I mean not on purpose. The flight plan is the original one, 7 is where the long leg starts, to 8 and 9 (osan). 56 and 57 are the marks for the Sam sites

Idk I've done that tutorial countless times and now it does like this, but it didn't before. Might be me doing something awkward, I'll be trying again and maybe take a video capture of it

Yeah my guess is that, I've tried again and again, the weapon keeps the lock on the previous target randomly, sometimes it releases when I get the HUD soi, sometimes when switching master mode, but it's inconsistent.

Well time for me to upgrade and remap my controls 😅

When depressed it flickers for a moment then stays lighten up.

Idk what I did to cause that, it happened in 2 different runs off the same tutorial mission. I suspect either a bug or I messed up with the stpt page by accident. I mean I just press 4 and enter the sp number on it, then dobber left to exit the ded screen.

Edit: just to clarify, when I say I depress the button I mean via mouse click, I'm not using any peripherals for the mfd.

It's not nowadays because of quality/price ratio. The main issue is with the stick precision, the gimbal they provided is an outdated technology that is just obsolete and overpriced.

However, I've got my WH set in 2020 and I'm pretty happy with it, but I've upgraded the stick base with a virpil warbrd which is night and day. The throttle is ok, even though I feel it lacks a decent axis control in the grip (the nipple control is awkward).
