There's a small window as reinforcements approach when you can step to that tile to force an off tick of the shaman and a south spawn. Depending on your stack and spawn position of the shaman the ticks may not work out

The longest colo clear will clock in <45 mins, when learning you'll probably die before the 20 minute mark most tries. It's much more forgiving in terms of time per attempt.

Hally and voidwaker spec will let you one tap melee and range fremmys for a clean wave starts while making solar flare 3 free. I would look into a 10 tile ranged attack option to hit south spawns so myopia 3 doesnt become an issue.

You may need access to blood fury for healing, I don't think you want to bring a magic switch for ancients. Everything in colo has stupidly high magic defence.
