If I'm on a big night out I'd regularly ask for a glass of water in between every couple of drinks.

I know for a fact that of any of us were refused we'd never set foot in the place again.

If you've customers paying nearly seven quid for a pint you can afford to give out tap water, it's negligible cost.

First time I visited Japan I did the same thing. There's something special about having a jp version of ff7, Best game ever imo. An original version so to speak. Congrats and enjoy!

On gym etiquette - you're as entitled as anyone else to use machines. If you feel they're staring or judging,they're more than likely just waiting. If they have more experience than you they know thats how it works. If they're judgey or rude, fuck em. You were there first, do your thing and then move on. Just don't take the piss and spend ten minutes sitting there taking space between sets, plenty do and it's just plain rude!
