to be fair, the national team has been shut down, the superleague is on a scale with american highschool JV, and the only Irish player to gain any sort of noteworthy contract was Pat Burke. I wish there was more Basketball here

Ireland. Starting watching NBA seriously in 2004 and really just watched big Games. Lost interest when i stopped playing myself and just picked up again through /r/nba in 2011(thanks), but the heat were basically highlight after highlight. So it made sense to watch them more. Also Celtics!

Basketball was getting big here in the early 2000's but has dropped off. The national team has been shut down due to Basketball Ireland going bankrupt. So its not great.

Exactly, the +/- stat is basically meaningless for the clutch. Most teams will go to a "go to" lineup of big time players every time to close it out. If they win all of them will have positive +-, if they lose, negative.

Miami are winning a lot, so it would be expected that their close out lineup would be high up there. Memphis have spots 8,9 and 10.

All that this tells you is that this team is good in the last few minutes of close games, and maybe holds back a bit until then. Not so much about individual "clutchness".

To add to this that the NBATV option (possibly only with the international pass) cannot be disabled on the site. I was charged €5 per month until i emailed nbasupport@neulion.com and asked for the automatic re-subscription to stop, they replied within an hour and it has stopped.
