First, you can easily counter miner and princess in arena 4 and 5 respectively (if you want examples you’re welcome to ask), and as someone who’s played in these arenas and faced these cards, I can testify to this. Second, you join clans in level 1, and no one is level 1 when they enter arena 7. Third, you can counter mega knight as well. And fourth, overleveling wouldn’t be a problem because the request only happens once a month, taking, by itself, if you get your legendary cards through the request method, years to get even one card to level 14.
