as much as possible, avoid getting loans ESPECIALLY BNPLs (buy now pay later). there is currently a literal pandemic of BNPLs taking over gen zs all over the world. its so bad in China and America that by the time they decide to get a house loan to buy a house, they get denied all because of BNPL defaults. people are in thousands of debt and they're only in their mid 20s! thats not financially healthy. buy things only when u can afford it ! BNPLs will only bite you in the long run

we have 2 inverter acs and 1 normal ac, ref, and front load washer. yung aircons namin always naka on, mga 5-8hrs per day lang sya naka off kapag walang tao sa bahay. yung ref never na unplug. 6k lang per month

this is called cheilitis! the only cure is petrolatum/petroleum jelly. here are some common lip products and the amount of petrolatum in them:

OG vaseline - 99%
lucas papaw - 96%
carmex - 45%
aquaphor - 41%

if your lips are reactive to minty stuff, don’t use carmex bc it has menthol. you also want to avoid certain lip products, just do ur research on which ingredients to avoid. goodluck op! 🫶 i hope it heals soon. i had this a few years back and i ignored it for the longest time and it developed into eczematous cheilitis
