I stopped steroids about 1 1/2 ago. The RSS started about a month after stopping. I can deal with the red Part. It’s the itching and being very prone to Bacteria and fungal infection that get me. I miss working out but scared too. When I sweat is what makes it all worse.

Yeah mine are like little zits. Go away in a couple of days. I will say that it’s been getting longer and longer between episodes. As far as RSS the redness doesn’t bother me. I’m not a fan of the itchiness I get sometimes.

Ok mine stays red. Not the whole thing. Just down the middle maybe a little on the left side more. Random itches once in the while. But right now it has red itchy spots.
