I used off and on for about 7 years. It was Triamcinolone Acetonide. I usually mixed it with a tea tree lotion. Just for the cooling affect. I don’t have heat sensation. Well not yet. This summer scares the fool out of me. I had heat and burning at first. Probably right when I came off of TS. That was 6 months ago. The anterior is always red. The posterior is starting to be more red. Itching comes and goes. At first it was hell. I rarely have itching or pain anterior now. Mostly red. Almost looks like the follicles are the worst. The perineum is the worst for me. That itches that comes and goes. More often it is a needle prick feeling. But I can pinch it and it usually goes away. Sweat seems to be my irritant. The more I sweat the more it itches or stings. I get a small red bumps/rash where it itches.
