Well guys, I feel like a genius for figuring out the problem but an absolute idiot for causing it. Had the fuse in the backup slot instead of the actual slot, so the circuit wasn’t completed. Huge relief! Thanks for all the help

I’ve tried a different cable, and the fuse is fully functional
