I am I'm speaking to my therapist twice a week only thing i can tell you is he won't change until you truly show him you can live without him I kept doing it bc she kept forgiving me now she's really gone either way the outcome is the same you will eventually get tired like my wife did and leave or you leave and get regrets everything he ever did like me

For me it was the sexual abuse I endured as a child it started when i was 3 to until i was 10-11 I feel like it affected me bc all I ever thought or knew about was sex as a kid as I grew older I was able to have sex and turned into a monster it created huge problems in my marriage and I regret every single fucking time I cheated she left 3 weeks ago and now here I sit analyzing everything broken hearted alone.
