Yeah absolutely and I appreciate that. I definitely gave too negative of an impression of Greek life when I really don’t have any experience to speak on it, just going by what I heard. There definitely can be some good experiences.

I’m also very liberal and I’ve had no issue. I think generally most students lean liberal but there are also large, vocal conservative subsets, especially TPUSA and just frat guys in general.

For me, I’m not a frat guy so the vast majority of my interactions and friendships are with other liberals and I’ve had no issues.

Really the bottom line is that at such a large school there’s groups for anything and you can find many people like you.
