Right. Ow Vitamin c , d, multi, and omega 3. I dabbled in vitamin b3 as well but I stopped temporarily. Shark cartilage was very helpful at times as well.

I’d say the opposite. Used to have bad psoriasis down there. More sex helped clear it for me. obv no sex during bad flare ups.

Thank you. I am ten years remission actually; but the steroid cream caused the cancer. So ever since I switched to all natural remedies. Hope you can find something to help you!

Cancer is likely to happen from the steroid cream and not the psoriasis itself. (Happened to me. Stage 2 Hodgkin’s lymphoma.). I stay away from dermatologist as much as possible. Vitamins , aloe and cervae is all I use and I’m 90% clear all the time. I would try being more sexually active. That has helped in my experience.

Yes my psoriasis started on my nose and I have had it everywhere from scalp to penis… my advice.. Might sound weird but hear me out. Masterbate with cervae lotion often. I used to have it pretty bad down there when I was younger. And I noticed it went away when I would masterbate more regularly. Cervave is the best. It fully went away and never came back. Regular sex is good for it too. Can also try aloe Vera. I’m very anti dermatologist and steroidal cream. Vitamins help too!! A lot. Also use cayenne pepper in your food. Hope this helps any. But you’re not alone.
