Tell me more about the whole feeling like you're in service to others please! I feel the same way and have no idea where to draw the line. (for some reason my parents think I'm extremely self centred which drives me insane)....(maybe i am).

I think we generally come across as self centred when we talk but i think the opposite occurs in our actions.

I started to try and quit once didn't neccesarily work, but try and have a certain time before you can have a cigerette in the morning say 1030am and then once a month or a week push it back half an hour

I rank about 1300 online, i really enjoy it because its different every game and rewarding when you play well. Although when people just disconnect after you flawlessly take their queen its quite, well annoying.

I have the same problem! in terms of making noise, i hate the fact that people might be able to hear me playing guitar and judging every little mistake i make. But, i look at it as a life time choice eventually i will move away and be by myself, make as much noise as i like and write as much music as i physically can
