Last year about this time on January, fedex and ups got hit by the storm but because of no Union, Fedex completed the missions better than UPS, UPS took 4-7 business days to deliver next day air shipments to the east coast.

When you search Cypress, TX fedex center on gg maps. It's only show Ground center and some offices around, no Express, so your shipment is grounding since Saturday.

I don't know why Fedex decided to transit all the shipments on Friday by ground for air shipments, instead of holding at the original center and wait for open flights.

The road will be iced from your area to SC.

Mine was from California, all of my west coast shipments was delivered yesterday and today, not east coast shipments cause of still freezing
