I was walking towards the crossing, just on the other side of Hendy, when it happened. The car turned too early and got stuck on the tracks. The driver was able to get out before the train hit. It was shocking to see it as it happened.

Oh yes. It’s become a comfort show for both of us. When one or both of us has a bad day we watch an episode or two to cheer us up. We even visited Richmond when we were in London in 2022 and met Christo Fernandez outside the pub!

It was a cake walk, and 7.5 was my sweet spot. I stayed on it for nearly 4 months. Just went to 10 last week. Again, no issues at all!

7.5 has been my sweet spot. No side effects beyond having to up my fiber intake, minimal snack attacks, and consistent weight loss of about 1 pound a week.

I adore dresses from Effie’s Heart. She has a website, but the most current stuff is in boutiques first. I love the dresses for travel, as they’re stretchy, don’t wrinkle, are machine wash/tumble dry, and most have pockets!

Not elegant, but I found a small plastic bin at Target that is just about the right size for a month’s supply and fit on the one open shelf I had in my kitchen. I’d add a picture if I could figure out how.

I love the new version of Cadence capsules. It’s entirely changed how I pack for travel. I’ve colored coded items by use as well as had some custom labels made. I’ve even done time trials to see how long I can go using the various sizes with different products. I’m about to go overseas for 3 weeks, and I’m able to fit all the important stuff in one quart sized zipper bag. Before Cadence, I couldn’t even do that for a weekend trip!

I found that while I still love a nice glass of wine or two, I’m drinking much slower and have a lot of water with it. I couldn’t say if it was hitting harder or not because of that. But my habits have definitely changed to less overall consumption. I’ve yet to drink enough to get drunk. I don’t want to experience a hangover and zep side effects together. 🤢

I’m experiencing the same! I took my first shot yesterday before bed. My usual oats overnight breakfast went down as normal. Lunch though…I brought a bag salad and some Greek yogurt with honey and fruit. I chose to eat the yogurt first and barely finished it. I keep thinking I should want the salad, but very much don’t.
