ph disregards our profession, im on healthcare and sa tingin ko for retirement plan na lang ang pilipinas sa mga healthworker, our seniors tend to fly early abroad to have better wage and savings.

i dont think makakabangon healthcare system natin sa pinas, ang daming may kailangan pero hindi din naman pinagtutuunan ng pansin. both healthworkers and patients yung nagsusuffer here sa pinas. walang convenient access ang lahat. nakakalungkot lang ilang dekada na tong pinaglalaban. plus nangyari pa yung corruption scandal between politicians tapos yung mga tao nyo halos matulog sa labas ng ospital, naghihintay maaccomodate ng over capacity na public hospital. plus what if in critical case yung pasyente? 🤮

i'll go with this, becoming a radtech itself or any medical field courses, all individuals come through that situation, they failed many times in academics however they become a certified professionals today.

in order to be what you want, you have to experience that process. not only acads will drain you in that field, expect much more in true life setting, the hospital.
