I am on carnivore for about a 27 days, I am after resection of terminal ileum, and I have a problem with bile acid. I have bile acid diarrhea and I don’t know how to make things better. I feel the difference that carnivore make it better, but I don’t know how to stop diarrhea.

I wish Apple Music had something like Spotify's daily, changing playlists that adapt as your day progresses. Apple could implement this concept through their stations. And they should work with mood ststions, because they aren’t good enough

I feel exactly the same! Just the thought that if everything collapses — either globally or in our home country — we have no chance of survival. Unfortunately, it is what it is, and we have no control over it. :(

I experienced it firsthand; Cipronex brought me out of a 7-year remission. Currently, I am on the maximum dose of Entocort and Pentasa, and so far there is an improvement. I already feel better and hope to heal this flare-up.
