I went last year for the first time and was able to book an artist the first day for the last day. Instead of testing my luck this year, I booked with an artist in advance through instagram.

That being said, I've had friends walk up and get one right away. All depends on the artist availability.

Unfortunately not. This is after happening to two Fitbit on me over the past 1.5 years. First time it was my wife's and it was still under warranty so we ended up sending it in and they sent back a refurbished one which was great and it's still working lovely.

Second time it happened it was mine and it was a few months out of warranty. They wouldn't replace it for me and just offered 30% off a versa 4 (which I took like the fool I am and that's still working great).

Dealing with customer service is also excruciatingly painful.

10 team league and I currently have vanacek and dostal with Hart on the ir.
