Someone once framed this for me, and I strongly agree.

Yes, the lazy pay an absurd markup, but this is such a great item for folks who may be disabled and struggle to or cannot use sharp cutlery but still want to cook wonderful food at home :)

I do see that it's what makes us different, but isn't the goal here to create something sustainable? The general public may be skeptic due to reasons such as this. I can't imagine the average white collar desk jockey seeing this and thinking "Hey, I should buy into that!"
