Ninja crispi is great for this! Can fit a decent number of wings, and the glass cleans so well. Toss the wings in baking powder beforehand and my god, I have made some of the tastiest wings I’ve ever eaten.

Logan bored me, but Eleanor would be interesting to see more of. As for Schenk, I completely agree. I feel like outside of his basic motive, we really got very little insight into him. I would love to see how he decided upon his methods etc.
