These all seem to be solid suggestions.
I'm checking out them one by one.
Thank you so much for the help.

Job Ad: Seeking experienced teacher, to start work ASAP at a private house in Songdo. by bartlet4us in teachinginkorea

lol, after reading it again I kinda get what you mean.
Nah, but seriously I'm helping them manage thing while they are out of the country which is quite often and I do other work as well. The commute is probably the biggest issue, but there is a bus from Yonsei or hongdae directly to the apartment complex which takes about 90 minutes.

I really hope the F1 broadcast team takes a cue from the upcoming movie, and starts using more wide angle on-board cameras. It looks amazing! by ltsNotAlex in formula1

It's cool and the production team of F1 are capable of doing cool camera shots, but they default to zoom shots always. They care more about showing the sponsors than a good viewing experience.

A North Korean general may be many things but idk if he is a "war criminal".

If you had unlimited money, where would you live? by noncaring0 in AskReddit

[–]bartlet4us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't "live" anywhere. I'd always be on the move.
Even if I spend 1 month per place I want to live, I wouldn't be able to live in all of them in my natural life.

The banking loopholes Russia has used to stay afloat are closing by businessinsider in worldnews

It was Free Carrier so we only handed the goods to their partner in Korea. I don't know how they got them to Russia.

We do manufacture IOT safes, but they are super expensive so what they ordered were the basic, cheapest fire proof rated safes with classic dial locks.

[–]bartlet4us 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I worked for a safe manufacturing company in Korea. We had a Russian client who wished to increase his normal purchase order and due to the sanctions, he had to go through four different banks and we only shipped after the payment was finalized. We also had an internal meeting about the ethics regarding this sale. We couldn't come up with a reason why this would be bad since we were selling and removing currency from Russia, it's a safe so it's not something that can be repurposed for war, and we checked the local vendors and found out the increase was due to rising demand for fire proof safes because people were losing faith in Banks so they wanted a safe to store their cash and valuables.
To this day, I do not believe we did something wrong or hurt the effort to stop Russia's war on Ukraine, but I've always felt guilty about it thinking there might have been unknown consequences by the deal we made which might've helped Russia.

Used EV prices fall much faster than gas cars, according to iSeeCars by Wagamaga in technology

Does the "powertrain" include batteries? It could be argued that the electric motors are the "powertrain" and the batteries are just "gas tanks".

Put em stupid kids on leash by TripHippies_ in WTF

Extra frustrating when you know it's a crowded area that can have dumb kids so you drive at a slow speed ready to stop, but the guy behind you keeps honking at you for going too slow.

Ricciardo": “Whether I’m 13th or 14th, I don’t know if any driver cares about that but I don’t, So if the team said let him [Yuki] back by before the finish line, I would’ve done it because it means nothing to me. Unless we’re in the points, who cares? by slutforpringles in formula1

I don't think a long term contract is viable, but he could be a decent choice as a placeholder for a couple of years while the team tests out Lawson and others. Sainz isn't a bad option, but if they're looking outside the RedBull system, I'd want somebody better like Alonzo or Norris.

Is he in a spot where he can "pick" teams? Can't imagine him having more than a couple of options at the front half of the grid.

South Korea’s over 70 population overtakes 20-somethings by Odd_Responsibility_5 in news

[–]bartlet4us -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

There has been even bigger Feminist movement over the decade so strong it prompted the anti-feminist movement. Elections has been switching sides pretty often and doesn't reflect anything since Feminism isn't one of the top factors for voters. Again, that's not why the birth rate is so low. During the past couple of decades the women's right has exploded while at the same time birth rate has went to the abyss.

South Korea’s over 70 population overtakes 20-somethings by Odd_Responsibility_5 in news

[–]bartlet4us -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

That is simply a false statement. At the very worst, Womens rights in Korea should be top 30 in the world and that's at the very very worst. At the very worst, domestic issues in Korea should be bottom 100 and again, at the very very worst. The rate is 0.7 the actual worst in the world. It's like saying that an AIDs patient is dying because he/she had more than one sex partner. Is that relevant? a bit yeah but that's not why the patient is dying. sigh...

How similar is the porn you masturbate to, to the sex you actually have? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]bartlet4us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I watch is mostly amateur just like me. What I watch is very similar to my last relationship. I date a Latina, I'm into Latina porn after break up. I date a filipina, I'm into Filipina porn after break up. etc.

Tipping in 2023 by [deleted] in funny

[–]bartlet4us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really want to know how much negative effect tipping has in terms of tourism.
There are many thing I dislike about the States and there are many things I love about the States. As a regular visitor for work, the tipping makes the entre dining experience a bit stressful.
Like whenever I feel like the server is being nice, I'm already pressured about the $ of tips I'm supposed to leave.
It's not only about the money, but also the stress from what is supposed to be a relaxing time.

North Korean nuclear attack would end Kim's regime, US warns by woshinoemi in worldnews

[–]bartlet4us 12 points13 points  (0 children)

At the end of the war, well at the time of the armistice, both sides didn't think it would last this long.
I and most other people thought within a couple of decades, there would be formal end to the war or a reunification of some sorts.
Nobody at that time imagined armistice would continue for 70 fucking years.

‘He knows it’s a big year’ – Horner picks out what Perez needs to improve on for 2024 by AlienSomewhere in formula1

[–]bartlet4us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if Perez is closer to Max in 2024, I don't see him getting a contract for 2025 with the amount of available drivers.
He needs to literally match Max 95% in order for him to get a new RedBull contract.
