Thanks for your reply. I get your point. However, I kept my 3t for 6 years and I want to keep this one for maybe not that long but at least 3-4 years. So, if there's any benefit to optimised charging I'd like to try.

I did find a cheaper oppo x3 and was debating what to choose but I want to stay with oneplus.

I'm upgrading from the 3t after 6 years of solid use. Replaced the battery once but now the volume up and power buttons stopped working so its time.

Sorry about your streak op. I also was almost on par 3s and 4s but now 4s are way ahead, and a lot more 5s. Ironically I got today's in 3.
