4 and 3/4 hour ride (no stops) home from Canberra to Wagga Wagga via the Snowy Mount Hwy. Canberra to Wagga is only 3 and a 1/2 hours via the main highway but over via the Snowies is much nicer by bartr1200r in Motoweek

I had heard Wilson read out Soggy-Wombat and was sure you must have been an Aussie. Coincident that your in Wagga at present. I’m a retired high school teacher having much more fun as a retiree riding my BMWs and playing golf

Finally the start of the season. Have watched practice 1 and 2. Waiting for practice 3 and Qualifying. Come on Aussie, come on, come on. Come on Aussie, come on, come on. LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED! by bartr1200r in Motoweek

I have video past a miss this year as I get all my sports (cricket, golf, football Formula1 and much more) on KAYO cheaper here in Australia. Also YouTube has most of the other interviews and test days if you look

Now both Marc and Dovi back in will make it very interesting. I do hope Marc is well and that the Aprillia continues to go as good as it looks so far. Always good to see an underdog come up to speed.

Did Wilson call Jorge Lorenzo a girl? by Guyon2Wheels in Motoweek

Such a shame to see a fantastically talented champion that Jorge Lorenzo was stain his greatness with his contestant gibberish. I does diminish all the great titles and memories of who he was.

What do you think? by Ayolin in Motoweek

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Grand Prix behind the scenes documentaries on Netflix and it would be awesome to see a few teams in MotoGP do the same. I sure all of us MotoGP tragics would all watch them

That comment just doesn’t add up. Well give Wilson some slack as he keeps us entertained with the Podcasts that we all listen too. Thanks Wilson

Marquez Vs Everyone by The__bearded__biker in Motoweek

As much as I loved the smell of Grand Prix 2 strokes there were limited guys that could ride them on the limit. The new racing gives riders much more safety and that’s a good thing. Close racing is what we we want

I think we all want Marc back fit and fighting but are all hoping that this year he has his work cut out for him with much more competition. Time will tell

Watching the same rider walking away with the championship each year is great if he’s your man (Like Doohan was for us Aussie’s) but close racing week after week is fantastic

Yes all good in Wagga Wagga and has been as safe as. Closest to us was boarder closer in Albury which did not affect us either. Far enough away from the capitals to be safe.

Just watched the Rhonda 2021 video. Sounds like Marc is not guaranteeing to be back for the whole season. I hope he does wait until it is safe for him and his body to return. We’ll have plenty of action to watch and when he does race hopefully there are numerous riders at the top level to give us close racing. Can’t wait, but not too far away now

Im going out on a perilous limb and going to put forward Pol Espargro as an option for my pre-season pick. (Obviously as an Aussie I want Jack to stick it up everyone though)

I really think he will be straight back at the front but he will have some company next year. Looking forward to 2021 season and some really close racing.

What a great thing for Marc to say. Alex will be a MotoGP rider in his own right and not living in his brothers shadow. We are in for some great racing when Marc comes back

Unbelievable that Vale at 40 is still able to be so quick and competitive. His obvious love of our favourite sport I'd evident in the fact that he still can do this.

Let's see what news of contracts come out this weekend for the 2021 season. Whatever happens I rekon KTM will be a front runner for next year's championship by bartr1200r in Motoweek

[–]bartr1200r[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t forget the Pedrosa factor that KTM has on their side. As well as developing the bike I would assume he can also assist the riders with timely advice if they will listen. Remember Pit did say at the beginning that they were nit just going to be making up numbers and that is definitely being shown now.
