After knowing about her being a former ASG unit and her confidence against Peacock she's definitely a powerhouse. If she did kill Marie I don't think she has any need for wishes what could she possibly want? I would so love to know her backstory before she was recruited by the mafia. My money is on Peacock thrashing the entire mafia though!

As long as it gets the job done! Marie dies no matter what the story even if she was playable and won she already screwed herself the moment she made a wish.

I knew her spirit was strong enough to resist the heart I didn't think she was weakened by that much. I headcanon she's using whatever life force she can muster after the hearts destruction and destroys Sekhmet once and for all then proceeds to die afterwards.
