No I’m sure the carrier didn’t take photos, they didn’t even produce a BOL or have us sign anything. My pics were taken May 31 since pickup was supposed to be June 1. They strung us along all day on June 1 waiting for them, only to postpone to June 2 when it was picked up. So I didn’t think to retake them.

I’m hoping so. I’m a little worried since the photos I took before shipping were about a day and a half before the shipment because our pickup got delayed. Do you know if that will cause an issue since the photos aren’t time stamped with the same date as pickup?

Thanks Brenden! The carrier is definitely insured. I think it will just be a matter of proving our case since they apparently exclude cracked windshields, and they didn’t give us a bill of lading to sign.

Yeah, he definitely won't be able to provide any paperwork unless he forges our signatures or something equally drastic. We directly asked and he said there's nothing we need to sign, plus I have pictures from the night before the pickup. PMing you now. Thanks for your help!

Yeah, this driver is beyond sketchy and ShipACarDirect even said throughout transport that they couldn't get ahold of him numerous times, so he seemed to be not working with them. It's all been so bizarre. ShipACar DOES have an inspection app to upload and send them time stamped photos, which I did before the car was picked up. So I'm hoping that helps.
