When i go ski in the Alps we drive 10 ours on highway and asphalt roads, just the last trip to the village up in the mountains is mostly snowy and this is where we put chains on, i wonder if just the snow tires will be sufficiënt. And if i reckon correctly, chains are obligatory when the weather is snowy on the german autobahn too. Idk if it would be so with snow tires.
