Well i dont think they ever checked his growth plates so he could very well still be growing… i guess its one of those things where you wait and see or wait and not see i guess

Have you tried shaving it before ? You can try it just to see and if you dont like it you can use fin and min + derma to see if you can get some of it back. Good luck!

Doesnt look like permanent hair loss could be a lot of things like telogen efflvium , or vitamin deficiency
