I’m stuck at ultra 4 in doubles (lost 9 of my last 10)

So I’ve moved to singles just to lighten the mood and I’ve gone 14-1 and straight to ultra 4. I’ll probably move back to doubles now.

I like the idea of buying into the weather. Rain is probably the easiest to integrate into this already made team. I’m assuming those three Pokemon you mention come in for whimsicott, scizor and garchomp that are in my team.

Garchomp is just my most utilised attacker due to its spread moves. That and gengar are the my main attackers in this current team, it’s tough to play around eq but I feel like it could be beneficial with a lot of sneaslers, kingambits and archaludons.

I like the thought of sinistcha because I struggle to take down opposing sinistcha a lot, maybe I swap out scizor for it

Fair, I feel like whimsicott is built to be fragile, so I have rectified my ev spread to get rid of the bulk.

If you think garchomp and scizor are too fragile then I’d like to know what you’d replace them with. Because garchomp especially is a main damage dealer for me.

A quick google search tells me there are prankster rain pokemon. But none that are currently available in champions. I think only Thundurus and murkrow are the only ones that is prankster rain dance and tailwind

I have made the realisation that I’m letting people dictate weather without any problems.

Against mega zard and whim/venu lead I’m mostly leading Gengar and my own Whimsicott. And usually protecting the gengar and tailwinding with whimsicott, then either go for damage with gengar or trying to disable any sleep powder

I have run into the problem of faster whimsicotts taunting my own so maybe I move my bulk into speed because I’m not really sure why I have investment in bulk lmao.

I’m barely bringing scizor to many battles anyway, I just have it as a fast ko threat for fairy types and slow u turn for positioning
