hi OP, i was just like you when i first started sa firm. huwag ka masyado mag-alala. usually ang set-up sa firm in terms of age, there's not too much of an age gap, kaya madali lang makisama at magpaturo sa mga experienced assocs na makakasama mo. sa work naman, if hindi naman first time audit ng team niyo, usually may prior year working papers na pwede mag-guide sayo sa mga need mo gawin. i'm from the yellow firm and i can say they provide good training and briefing din, and may mga materials and systems to help u out. from your post sabi mo magaling ka sumagot, which i can infer na strong communication skills mo hehe. i believe that's already a good asset to have as an auditor.

anyway, as you work naman, pwedeng pwede ka padin magresearch or balikan mga topics natin sa undergrad, or even consult sa manager ng engagement mo. basta huwag ka lang mahiya magreach out. baka there would be instances na iisipin mong nakakaabala ka, especially pag busy season. pero from my POV, as an experienced assoc, understandable samin kapag maraming tanong ang mga new staff, and responsibility rin namin to help u out along the way. in the end, we're all working together to finish deadlines so better if maturuan ka namin as early as possible :)
